Review: Chef and owner Jerry Amato holds forth at this 60 year old New Orleans institution. The oyster po'boy is fantastic - crisp fried oysters surrounded by shredded lettuce and sliced tomatoes in a soft bun layered with mayonnaise. Have a cup of gumbo as a chaser. Chase that with an Abita beer. $
