Review: Founded in
1780, the Pizza Margherita was invented here to honor
the visit to Naples of Queen Margherita and King Umberto
I in 1889. The pizza was named after her since it evoked
for her the three colors of the Italian flag: green -
basil, white - mozzarella and red - tomatoes. $
