From Port: It's almost 3 miles so a cab is recommended. If you want to walk, allow about an hour. Head west on Harborside Drive and turn left at 21st Street. Walk about 1.2 miles and turn right at the Gulf of Mexico, Seawall Blvd. Gaido's is about 1.3 miles on the land side.

Must Try: Insiders opt for the Admiral's Dinner, a half entree accompanied by Gaido's excellent soup, salad and dessert. Gourmet Magazine

Review: Since 1911 Gaido's has been serving up fresh seafood to locals and visitors alike. I've been a regular since my parents brought me here in the 1940s. Chilled lump crab meat with a dozen raw Gulf Coast oysters is a good starter. $$$
